Article 4.7 Finality, Enforceability, and Legal Certainty
(a) (1) Final decisions and awards rendered by competent dispute resolution bodies within the ICT shall be binding and enforceable in accordance with the legal framework of the ICT and other national law, as applicable.
(b) (2) Enforcement mechanisms shall be effective, proportionate, and predictable, ensuring legal certainty and the protection of legitimate expectations.
(c) (3) No authority or person shall obstruct, delay, or undermine the enforcement of final decisions, save as expressly permitted by law.
