Article 6.25 Costs

(a) 6.25.1 The general rule is that each party to a criminal case, including any appeal, bears its own costs.

(b) 6.25.2 The court may make an order for costs in special circumstances where it considers it just to do so. Any order for costs made against a prosecutor binds the ICT and does not bind the prosecutor personally.
