Article 6.27 Payments to the ICT

(a) 6.27.1 Fines, monetary penalties, forfeited funds, and confiscated assets imposed or ordered by the court or the appeal court shall accrue to the budget of the ICT and shall constitute ICT revenues, reflecting the ICT’s obligation to finance, maintain, and operate the criminal justice system and enforcement infrastructure of the ICT.
