Article 6.28 Contempt

(a) 6.28.1 The court has the power to hold persons to be in contempt of court and in respect of each instance of contempt, impose sanctions up to 30 days imprisonment or a fine of 25 currency units, or both.

(b) 6.28.2 The court may, instead of proceeding under Article , refer the matter to the City Security service for investigation of a criminal contempt.
