Article 6.31 Practice Directions

(a) 6.31.1 The chief judge of the appeal court may make practice directions to regulate the practice and procedure to be followed in the court and the registry in relation to all or particular cases.

(b) 6.31.2 Practice directions made under Article operate in respect of the practice and procedure in the court and are binding on judges, prosecutors, advocatess, accused, and convicted persons.
